For the Chicken

For the Sandwich

ripe avocados
sliced

lemon

hearty bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or whole grain)
Creamy Sandwich Sauce

mayonnaise

garlic, finely minced

Instructions
Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and let it rest.
While the chicken cools, prepare the creamy sandwich sauce by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Toast the bread slices on the grill or in a toaster if desired.
Slice the cooked chicken and assemble the sandwiches with bread, chicken, avocado, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sauce.
Top with another slice of bread and serve.
Notes
You can add other toppings like onion or pickles for extra flavor.
