For the Chicken

chicken breasts (cubed or sliced thin)
For the Gnocchi

potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
For the Sauce

baby spinach

cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Add the cooked gnocchi, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Stir in the cream and heat through.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
Notes
For variations, try turkey, tofu, or different greens. You can also use different kinds of cream or gnocchi.
