- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha or more, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
