Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sliced Corned Beef Deli Meat The main ingredient offering rich flavors.
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Adds tanginess and probiotics.

For the Dressing

  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Use avocado mayo for a healthier option.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Adds depth to the dressing.
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar-Free Ketchup For a hint of sweetness without carbs.
  • 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute Maintains sweetness without regular sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce Adjust for spice preference.
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika Adds mild smokiness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, horseradish sauce, and paprika to form the dressing.
  • Spread shredded Swiss cheese in a rectangular shape on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the cheese for about 5-7 minutes until it’s melted and starting to brown.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and layer sliced corned beef and sauerkraut on top of the melted cheese.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the top and roll the cheese carefully to form roll-ups.
  • Return the roll-ups to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can adjust the amount of horseradish sauce based on your spice preference.
