Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve, horseradish sauce, and paprika to form the dressing.
Spread shredded Swiss cheese in a rectangular shape on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the cheese for about 5-7 minutes until it’s melted and starting to brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and layer sliced corned beef and sauerkraut on top of the melted cheese.
Drizzle the dressing over the top and roll the cheese carefully to form roll-ups.
Return the roll-ups to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
