Ingredients
  

For the Flatbread

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a flatbread shape.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut into pieces and serve.

Notes

You can add other seasonings or herbs to customize your flatbread.
