In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a flatbread shape.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut into pieces and serve.
