- 5 tbsps Unsalted butter melted
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 3 cups Sliced Strawberries
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Mix melted butter, flour, oats, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl to make the crust.
Press half the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and flour for the filling.
