Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Optional Additions

  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped
  • ½ cup Olives Sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Flatten the chicken breasts, season them, and place the spinach, feta, and optional ingredients on top. Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken rolls on all sides.
  • Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
