Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent dough

Filling

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped jalapenos fresh or pickled, according to preference
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Optional Toppings

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs for added crunch
  • 1 serving ranch dressing or hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle, then roll them up.
  • Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with breadcrumbs if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with ranch dressing or hot sauce.

Notes

Adjust the amount of jalapenos to suit your spice preference.
