Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 16 oz rotini pasta cooked and cooled
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup chopped salami
  • ½ cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ cup sliced banana peppers
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, pepperoni, salami, ham, lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.

Notes

This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
