  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries diced
  • 8 slices thick-cut Bread Brioche, Challah, or Texas Toast
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk whole or half-and-half
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream optional
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg optional
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Butter for cooking
  • Powdered Sugar Maple Syrup, Fresh Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Chocolate Syrup (optional for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in diced strawberries.
  • Spread filling between two slices of bread to make a sandwich.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  • Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
