Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can 16 oz refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce iceberg or romaine
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning mix and water as directed on the packet. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Spread refried beans in the bottom of a large serving dish.
  • Layer cooked ground beef over the beans.
  • Spread sour cream evenly over the beef.
  • Add a layer of guacamole.
  • Pour salsa over the guacamole.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
  • Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
