Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 ½ cups milk or almond milk for dairy-free
  • 1 large apple diced
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • Fold in diced apples and nuts.
  • Pour mixture into the baking dish.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
