- 1 ½ cups milk or almond milk for dairy-free
- 1 large apple diced
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
