Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • cup key lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie pans or cups.
  • In another bowl, whisk sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  • Pour the lime mixture over the crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Top the pies with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
