Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in cheddar cheese, parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and eggs.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
