- 2 sticks 1 cup salted butter at room temperature
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 ¼ cups holiday M&M’s
- 1 cup mini pretzel sticks crushed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Fold in oats, M&M’s, crushed pretzels, and chocolate chips.
Scoop dough into balls and place on baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
