  • Cooking spray or parchment paper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes, washed and sliced
  • ¼ cup apricot preserves or fruit jelly melted (optional, for glaze)
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions.
  • Line a round pizza pan with parchment paper or grease it with cooking spray.
  • Spread the brownie batter evenly on the pan and bake for the time specified on the box.
  • Let the brownie crust cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled brownie crust.
  • Arrange the sliced fruits on top of the frosting.
  • Brush the melted apricot preserves or jelly over the fruits for a glossy finish (optional).
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
