- 1 package Simple Mills Paleo Brownie Mix
- ½ cup avocado oil or fat of choice
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- olive oil spray or other fat of choice
- oat milk whipped cream
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- fresh mint
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix brownie mix, avocado oil, water, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Spray a mini muffin tin with olive oil spray.
Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
