Ingredients
  

For the Dip

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika plus extra for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 green onions finely chopped

For Serving

  • Crackers, chips, or toasted bread slices for serving

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra paprika. Serve with crackers, chips, or toasted bread slices.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
