Instructions
Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Fold in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with extra paprika. Serve with crackers, chips, or toasted bread slices.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
