Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika plus extra for garnish
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 green onions finely chopped

For Serving

  • Crackers, chips, or toasted bread slices

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs until hard-cooked, then peel and chop them.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Fold in chopped eggs, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with extra paprika and serve with crackers, chips, or toasted bread.

Notes

For best flavor, refrigerate the dip for an hour before serving.
