For the Pickling

apple cider vinegar

honey

red pepper flakes

Instructions
Combine the sliced red onions, apple cider vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Stir well until the onions are coated. Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using.
