Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar adjust to taste
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder quality cocoa recommended
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract adjust based on preference
  • 1 cup whipped cream substitute with whipped coconut cream for dairy-free

For the Crust

  • cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs can substitute with regular or gluten-free
  • cup melted butter coconut oil works for dairy-free

For the Topping

  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies add festive flair
  • to taste chocolate syrup drizzle on top for extra sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a dish.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the crust and top with crushed peppermint candies.
  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

Notes

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
