Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 ounces each

For the Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish

  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey-lime garlic mixture over them.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  • Garnish with lime slices and fresh cilantro or parsley before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
