Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, cranberries, and dried thyme or rosemary.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
