For the Cheesecake Swirl
9ozcream cheeseroom temperature, about 70°F

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, red food coloring, salt, espresso powder, vinegar, and eggs. Stir in the flour until combined.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth.
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top and use a knife to swirl it together.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into bites.
Notes
You can add chocolate chips to the brownie mixture for extra richness.
