- 6 cups sliced apples preferably Granny Smith
- 1 cup brown sugar light or dark
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread sliced apples evenly in the dish.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
