For the Crust

refrigerated sugar cookie dough

For the Filling

cream cheese
softened

granulated sugar

sour cream

almond extract

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract until combined.
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Top with whipped cream, Christmas sprinkles, and crushed sugar cookies before serving.
Notes
This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
