Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, honey or maple syrup, salt, rosemary, orange zest, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
Pour the cranberry glaze over the chicken and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, orange slices, or extra cranberries if desired.
