Ingredients
  

For the Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Topping

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  • In a large baking dish, combine the browned beef mixture with diced potatoes, green beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. If using, sprinkle cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
