Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them with milk and butter.
In another pot, cook the sliced carrots with brown sugar until tender and glazed.
Serve the chicken with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.
Notes
You can add garlic to the mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
