Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless
  • 2 teaspoon herbs (thyme, rosemary) mixed

For the Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup milk for creaminess

For the Glazed Carrots

  • 1 lbs carrots sliced
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar for glazing

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  • Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them with milk and butter.
  • In another pot, cook the sliced carrots with brown sugar until tender and glazed.
  • Serve the chicken with mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.

Notes

You can add garlic to the mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
