- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen mixed veggies peas, carrots, corn, or your favorite blend
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the pan
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
