For the Salad

orange segments (mandarin, oranges, clementines, or tangerines)

pomegranate seeds

For the Dressing

honey

Dijon mustard

apple cider vinegar

shallot, minced

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, orange segments, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, and candied pecans.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and minced shallot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Notes
This salad is best served fresh. You can substitute other nuts or cheese based on your preference.
