Ingredients
  

For the Salad

  • 8 ounces dry elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion it will be liquidy
  • 1 ¼ cups Best Foods or Hellman's mayonnaise Light Hellman's recommended
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, apple cider vinegar, grated carrot, grated onion, mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Notes

Chill the salad for at least an hour before serving for the best flavor.
