Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add potatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the vegetables to your liking or add cheese on top before serving.
