Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add potatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
You can customize the vegetables to your liking or add cheese on top before serving.
