Instructions
In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and corn starch. Cook for a few more minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
To serve, place rice in a bowl and top with the ground turkey mixture, then add your choice of toppings and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
Notes
You can customize your rice bowls with any of your favorite toppings.
