Ingredients
  

Ground Turkey Mixture

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil, or favorite cooking oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1-2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 2-3 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt more or less to taste
  • 2 teaspoon corn starch

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ c mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • ½-1 tablespoon sriracha more to kick up the spice
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon honey

Rice Bowl Options

  • rice

  • sliced green onion
  • sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Stir in smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, sea salt, and corn starch. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
  • To serve, place rice in a bowl and top with the ground turkey mixture, then add your choice of toppings and drizzle with bang bang sauce.

Notes

You can customize your rice bowls with any of your favorite toppings.
