Ground Beef Casserole

A simple and hearty ground beef casserole with potatoes and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of condensed mushroom soup
  • 10.5 ounce can cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cups cubed frozen potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the browned beef, mushroom soup, cheddar cheese soup, and frozen potatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
