Ingredients
For the Chicken Marinade

chicken breast
boneless, skinless

olive oil

lemon juice

garlic

dried oregano

For the Gyros

pieces
pita breads

tzatziki sauce

cup
chopped lettuce

diced tomatoes

sliced red onion
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breast and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill or cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Slice the chicken.
Warm the pita breads and fill them with sliced chicken, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Notes
You can substitute chicken with beef or lamb for a different flavor.
