Ingredients

butter, softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

finely chopped pecans
For rolling
extra powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in flour and pecans.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes or until set but not browned.
Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
Cool completely and roll in powdered sugar again.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
