For the Sloppy Joe Mixture

ground beef
can substitute with turkey

onion, chopped
1
cup
ketchup
1
cup
water

tablespoon
brown sugar

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
mustard

teaspoon
garlic powder
For Serving

Instructions
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
Transfer the beef mixture to a crockpot. Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Serve the sloppy joe mixture on hamburger buns.
Notes
You can add chopped bell peppers or other spices for extra flavor.
