Instructions
Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each breast in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Add olive oil to the frying pan. Cook the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Layer each chicken breast with ham and Swiss cheese, then cover and let melt for a few minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Serve the chicken with the sauce on the side.
Notes
You can add herbs to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
