Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts

For the Breading

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Filling

  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 drops Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your frying pan over medium heat. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each breast in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Add olive oil to the frying pan. Cook the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Layer each chicken breast with ham and Swiss cheese, then cover and let melt for a few minutes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce on the side.

Notes

You can add herbs to the breadcrumbs for extra flavor. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
