I prefer Rotel brand, drained well to prevent a watery dip

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a bit.
