Instructions
Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
Stir in the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
