Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta Gluten-free option available.

For the Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef Vegetarian option available.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Dairy-free option available.
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese Dairy-free option available.
  • ½ cup heavy cream Dairy-free option: use coconut cream.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

You can use gluten-free pasta, coconut cream, or dairy-free cheeses as substitutes.
