Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Add chicken breasts and coat well.
Place the chicken in a baking dish. In the same bowl, add halved baby potatoes and mix until coated. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, then add green beans to the dish. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
