Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 large chicken breasts

For the Potatoes

  • 400 g baby potatoes halved

For the Green Beans

  • 2 cups green beans

For the Seasoning

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter optional for richness
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Add chicken breasts and coat well.
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish. In the same bowl, add halved baby potatoes and mix until coated. Arrange the potatoes around the chicken.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then add green beans to the dish. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
