Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
