For the Vegetables

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
Stir in butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
