Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes

For the Vegetables

  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add steak cubes, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add zucchini and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

This dish is best served hot. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
