Instructions
In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the Shellbow pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, half and half, soy sauce, and chicken bouillon to the pan. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in the seasonings and let the sauce cook for a few minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, along with the remaining butter, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
