Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces

For the Pasta

  • 1 pound bowtie pasta also called farfalle

For the Sauce

  • 4 to 6 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in butter, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the butter melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. Serve with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
