Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

For the Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta, penne or linguine

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

For Garnish

  • Chopped parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, optional for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated. Serve hot with garnishes.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference. Parmesan cheese adds great flavor but is optional.
