Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cook the beef mixture in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the beef. Stir until melted and combined.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles.
Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto each rectangle. Roll up and seal the edges.
Melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Brush over the rollups.
Place rollups on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm for the best taste. You can add your favorite toppings inside the rollups.
