Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold or ice cube tray.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid. Pop out the bites and enjoy!
