Ingredients

  • 1 medium head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies like Rotel
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook until cabbage is tender.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese and Fritos. Let cheese melt before serving.

Notes

You can adjust the seasonings based on your taste. Add more cheese for extra flavor.
